Jordan A Salon & Spa requires an active credit card on file to secure your appointment. We require a 24hour notice for cancellation. Cancelling or rescheduling within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, Jordan A Salon & Spa charges 50% of your total service(s). Missing an appointment without calling, we will be charging 100% of your total service(s). Online appointments cannot be canceled or changed online. All cancellations or changes must be made by phone to avoid mishap. All services are final - no refunds allowed. We ask to correct/make right, if on the rare event, communications misshapen.
